THE AGREEMENT OF THE HOLY PROPHET (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) WITH THE TRIBES OF MADINAH:-

People of different races and religions lived in Madinah Tayyaba, along with infidels and polytheists, Jews also lived there for a long time. In the first year of Hijrah after reaching Madinah, the Prophet made an international agreement to maintain cordial relations between Muslims and Jews. So that despite the differences of race and religion, national unity and unity and consensus will remain and everyone will continue to get help from each other. This agreement was a true picture of human rights, all people had complete religious freedom, it was a perfect and complete law to establish peace and order and justice in the city and eradicate oppression from the root, and rather, it can be called the world’s oldest formal “written constitution”. Which still exists today in its complete form. This treaty was signed by the tribes living in and around Medina.

LOVE IN AUS AND KHAZRAJ AND HOSTILITY OF JEWS:-

There were different tribes living in Madinah Tayyaba, among them two tribes of polytheists were Aus and Khazraj, most of them had entered Islam, before Islam there was always a fight between these two tribes. Due to the acceptance of faith on the occasion of the arrival of the Prophet ï·º, love arose between the two tribes and they became brothers to each other. When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) migrated to Madinah, he made an agreement with them on a few conditions in view of the protection of the religious rights of the Jews and the invitation and propagation of the religion of the Muslims. The Jews, however, became jealous of Islam and the growing power of the Muslims, and began to plot against Islam within themselves. When their hatred and enmity grew too much, they were punished for their wickedness and intrigues.
