YAGOG AND MAGOG: -
“Yagog Magog” is mentioned in Surah Kahaf of the Holy Quran.
These people are from the descendants of Hazrat Nuh (peace be upon him) like
ordinary people. These were great warriors who were powerful. They kept
attacking their neighboring nations, destroying their houses, looting valuables
and killing them. A strong wall was built by Zul-Qarnain to protect them from
the mischief and mischief of the people. It has been mentioned in a hadith that
when Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) will take the Muslims and go to the
mountain, God will release Yagog and Magog. And they will appear to be gliding
on high because of their rapid departure, the first of them will pass through
the “Sea of Tiberius”, then they will drink all the water and dry up the
river. Then Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) and the Muslims will pray to Allah
to remove their suffering. Allah Almighty will accept their supplications and
will send an epidemic disease on these people and they will all die in a short
time.
